Ad-Libb Interior Design Staging offers several different staging options, including deferred staging fees. With this option some fees are deferred until closing.

 

Full home design staging. An Ad-Libb designer can thoroughly assess your home, room by room and formulate a staging plan and complete estimate. The designer can completely stage your home from floor to ceiling, front door to back. Ad-Libb will make important outdoor landscape, deck, décor, and planting recommendations. We can coordinate these also.

 

Consultation. Should you wish to stage the home yourself and would simply like a consultation, we can do that for you. We prepare an initial strategy, create a detailed report. Complete with step by step instructions and advice to broaden the appeal of your home.

 

Vacant homes. A vacant home is worst common mistake made by sellers. Empty homes are “cold” and typically sell for less money. Ad-Libb has a huge inventory of exceptional furniture for all rooms, accessories, lighting, plasma TV’s, area rugs and plants. We coordinate moving, full design and design staging. We will totally enhance the style of the home so the buyer visualize themselves living in the home.
