Ad-Libb Interior Design Staging recommends full service home staging including furniture/accessory arrangement, editing and packing services, closet/cabinet organizing, curb-appeal detailing, vignette staging for vacant properties, furniture/accessory rental, and decorating consultations.

 

Consultation & Service
This service includes a full written report and on-the-spot changes to the entry and living area.

Dependent upon time restraints the master bedroom is also included in this appointment. Changes may include furniture placement, editing of possessions and accessorizing with homeowner's own decorative items. We can enhance the impact of an interior in this timeframe so much that many homeowners ask us to stay longer to prepare the rest of their home.

 

Full Service with Written Report
This service package allows us to complete most average-sized occupied homes that do not require small item packing, closet clearing/organization or major furniture moving. Written report details changes made by Ad-Libb Interior Design Staging and recommendations for changes that may involve other vendors (painters, electricians, etc.). Project pricing is available for occupied homes that need everything from furniture placement and accessorizing to pre-packing and de-cluttering.

 

Vignette Staging for Vacant Properties
We provide accessories and services to stage entry, kitchen and 2 bathrooms to add warmth to an empty house.

We can also facilitate furniture leasing for the owner and provide accessories and staging services to prepare the kitchen, two bathrooms, living-dining area and master bedroom for presentation. We quote furnished projects on an as-needed basis.
